This is our first yak wool beanie in our collection! It is entirely made from the soft down of the yak, called khullu. Handspun and handwoven in Ladakh, it is also our first beanie made in Ladakh. Compared to our lambswool beanies, this one is a bit more chunky, slightly heavier and has a loose fit. It feels great on the head, is soft and keeps very warm. It can be worn as a slouch beanie, with a fold or also in a fisherman's style - just like the Ladakhis.
