Shipping and Payment

Delivery

All orders are dispatched from Germany and sent via Deutsche Post, DPD or DHL.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days. We are shipping worldwide with DHL. Shipping Charges are calculated at checkout and by country of delivery. 
Due to the increased costs for transport we have had to adjust our shipping rates in 2023 for the first time. 

Shipping Charges

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over 250€ .

Delivery within Germany:

We charge 5,50€ for orders to Germany. All our products are sent in a parcel with a tracking number.

Delivery within Europe:

We charge 7,50€ for orders within Europe. For a shipment with a tracking number we charge 11,00€.

Delivery to all other countries:

We charge 9,50€ for orders worldwide. For a shipment with a tracking number we charge 13,00€ 

Delivery Times

We send out orders every Monday and Thursday. If a product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 72 hours. Delivery times within Germany are 3-5 business days, within Europe and other countries please count 7-14 days depending on the country of destination.
