This pillow case is a unique creation of our dyers and weavers in Assam and our tailor in Ladakh. Using fabric scraps from our garment production, these pillow cases are beautifully crafted into a new texile, honoring the precious Eri silk. The front of the pillow cover is entirely Eri silk and the back cover is handspun and handwoven undyed kala cotton from Gujarat. It features an envelope closure and is entirely finished with kala cotton on the inside. The pillow case is stitched in our studio in Ladakh.

Please note: This product is entirely made by hand. Therefore, irregularities in thickness of yarn are characteristic to the craft of handspinning. The fabric and the dye will change over time - the silk is becoming softer and the dyes lighter. Please cold wash only with mild detergent and dry in the shade. Do not soak.
